Zach Crawford is a NASM, FMS, Online Trainer Academy, Precision Nutrition level 1 and COMPLETE HUMAN PERFORMANCE Hybrid level 1 certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience. He specializes in training older populations, weight loss, strength training, powerlifting, running, lifestyle changes, diet adherence, prevention of injury, and integrating endurance work with strength programming.

He has successfully worked with clients between the ages of 14-96 years old, helping them with their individual goals. Zach has a gift with older clientele that have a desire for a higher quality of life as well as beginners & individuals that want to both run and lift without injury.
